Teacher Recruitment & Talent

A school is its teachers. Everything else on this page is infrastructure around the twenty-five minutes a child spends with an adult who either knows how to teach or does not.

Teacher recruitment

The service

What this actually is.

Recruitment for schools is not general recruitment. The window is narrow and seasonal, the good candidates are gone by March, visa and attestation timelines are unforgiving, and a mis-hire is not a cost you carry for a quarter — it is a cost a cohort carries for a year.

We recruit from networks in India and the UAE that we are part of rather than buying access to, and we screen the way a school leader screens: subject knowledge, classroom management, and whether this person will still be here in September of the following year. You see a shortlist with our honest reservations attached, not a stack of forwarded CVs.

Coverage

What this covers.

Seven strands of work, each one explained and pictured. Take the whole of it, or the one strand your school is short on.

  • Teacher sourcing

Active search across our India and UAE networks for the subjects and phases you are short in, including the hard ones — physics, mathematics, Arabic, special educational needs.

  • Qualified educator connections

Candidates checked against the qualification and equivalency requirements of the authority you operate under, before they reach your shortlist.

  • Leadership recruitment

Principals, vice principals, heads of section and heads of department, searched discreetly and referenced properly.

  • Candidate screening support

Structured screening on subject knowledge, classroom practice and safeguarding history, with a written summary of what we found and what concerned us.

  • Interview coordination

Scheduling, panels, demonstration lessons and the logistics of interviewing across time zones, run so your leadership team only spends time on the candidates worth their time.

  • International recruitment partnerships

Working relationships with training institutions and recruitment partners in India, so a hiring round is not limited to whoever happens to be in the country.

  • Teacher retention support

Induction structure, mentoring and the first-year support that decides whether a good appointment becomes a good teacher who stays.

Deliverables

What you end up holding.

Deliverables, not intentions. Each of these is a thing that exists at the end of the engagement and can be pointed at.

  1. A shortlist with reservations

Three to five candidates per post, each with a written summary including what we would want you to probe.

  2. Verified credentials

Qualifications, experience and references checked against what the post and the authority require.

  3. A scheduled interview round

Panels, demonstration lessons and follow-ups arranged around your calendar and the candidates' time zones.

  4. An induction plan

What happens in the appointee's first month, so the appointment survives contact with a real timetable.

Looking ahead

Where we are taking teacher recruitment with AI.

Recruitment drowns in volume: hundreds of applications for the one classroom that matters. We are putting AI on the volume so that the human judgement — the demonstration lesson, the reference call — keeps all of our time.

  • Screening against your written specification

Applications matched to the person specification you signed off, with the reasoning attached, so a shortlist can be challenged rather than simply trusted.

    What that looks like

Four hundred applications ranked overnight; the ten you interview arrive with a note on what each one is missing.

  • Staffing demand, modelled before the season

Your growth plan, timetable and past turnover read together to say which subjects will be short in September — while the good candidates are still on the market.

    What that looks like

A February conversation about next year's mathematics posts instead of a July emergency.

  • Interview evidence, held in one place

Notes from panels and demonstration lessons kept in a common structure and summarised across a whole round, so comparisons are fair and patterns are visible.

    What that looks like

Every panel's notes in one grid, with the disagreements highlighted rather than averaged away.

In development, and labelled that way deliberately. Ask where each of these stands when you enquire — we will tell you what is running, what is being built and what is still on the bench.

The route

What happens if you enquire.

The same five stations every project travels, applied to teacher recruitment.

  1. Enquiry

You send the posts you need to fill, the start date, and the constraints — package, visa status, curriculum experience.

  2. Search proposal

We come back with a search plan, a timeline against your start date, and our fee, itemised.

  3. Shortlist

Screened candidates arrive as profiles with our written assessment, including the ones we would hesitate over and why.

  4. Interviews and offer

Panels and demonstration lessons are coordinated; we support the offer, the negotiation and the paperwork behind it.

  5. Arrival and induction

Onboarding, mobilisation support where it is needed, and a check-in during the first term.

Questions

Questions we get asked.

When should we start hiring for September?

For the strongest field, start the search between October and January. After March you are choosing from who is left, and the difference is visible in the classroom.

Do you handle visas and attestation?

We coordinate and advise, and we work with the partners who process. The legal employer of record is the school, and we will not pretend otherwise.

What if an appointment does not work out?

Talk to us at the first conversation about what happens then. We would rather agree a replacement arrangement in writing at the start than argue about one in November.

Whether that is thirty teachers, one laboratory, or a building that opens in September, the first conversation is the same.
